Anne Sturm has been booking and managing venues and festivals for over a decade.  Over the past 10+ years Anne has booked and promoted thousands of small to large scale concerts from emerging acts like Valerie June, Yasmine Williams, Danielle Ponder, Samantha Fish, Rainbow Kitten Surprise and Devon Gilfillan, to established artists like Ja Rule, Ashanti, Monica, Buddy Guy, La India, Chris Cornell, John Legend, Sister Nancy, Wynton Marsalis, Sevendust, Graham Nash, Diana Krall, Tony Bennett, Bruce Hornsby and thousands more. While Anne currently works remote via her business Concert & Event Resource, she continues to work within communities near and far as she books and consults various sized venues in the North and Southeast regions of the United States. A Pennsylvania native, she most recently was Executive Director of Levitt SteelStacks and the Senior Talent Buyer for ArtsQuest in Bethlehem, PA. 

 Aside from talent buying and concert & festival management, Anne has led programming strategy and fundraising efforts for three nonprofit organizations who were all levered into self-sustaining businesses. A strength of C & E Resource is navigating the variables of concert management combined with the uniqueness of each market, and work to find the best possible solution to set a venue up for economic success. 

When not researching new music and analyzing data, Anne is on the ground working alongside teams running shows and building relationships - managing production, vendors, event services, settling shows, selling merchandise, running, sprinting, and most importantly having a good time.
